Such a lovely man, kind , friendly and outgoing, it’s many a great chats I had with Pat on his farm, he could recount all the history of the area and the stories from the time of of Ireland’s war of independence from over 100 years ago. He built up a great family business and his legacy will be carried on with his wife and sons and grandchildren. May his gentle soul rest in peace.
