I remember Pat calling over the years to our shop in Kilcommon, having a cup of tea in the kitchen and chatting to my parents (Johnny & Angela Byrne, Reiska, Kilcommon)
for many hours. He was always a welcome visitor along with his wife Lola. His stories were legendary. One of a kind.
May Pat rest in peace with the angels in Heaven.
