We were saddened here in Highfield Healthcare to have heard recently of the death of your dear husband & father – Pat.

On behalf of myself [Chaplain] & especially the unit staff of – Addison PLL, Pinel & Domville - I wish to offer our sincere condolences to you all [especially to you Ann] on his passing.

We have lovely memories of your dear Pat – that we will cherish. Your dedication towards him [Ann] during his time with us – will also stay with us.
