So sorry Peter to hear of the passing of Pat, particular memories of meeting him at so many events during Cork's tenure as European Capital of Culture in 2005, so many of them at the then Cork Vision Centre, now St Peter's, North Main Street, always a joy to meet, his great sense of humour, his support for events supporting the city, always in view, and so modest about his sporting prowess, his 23 senior international cricket caps, famously on the team that beat a great West Indies team in 1969.
