My heart is absolutely broken for you all today! My Aunty Pat meant the world to Me and to us all, so many cherished memories in Ireland, Australia and our trip to Bali, Pat was the most kind caring loving woman a literal gift from God, she walked in the joy of life and made the most out of every day!

I am truly blessed to have had her in my life as my Aunty, with so many cherished memories ♥️🥹 I will never forget them and hold them close forever.
