Pat SEXTON

It is with deep sadness that we hear of the passing of Pat. He was a true gentleman. The glass industry is a safer and better place because of him. He will be greatly missed. The Management and Staff of A C Taylor

Please accept my deepest sympathy Marie to you and your family. You are in my thoughts and prayers at this sad time.

Dear Marie and Family . I have very fond memories of Pat from our school days in Ballyfermot. I was shocked to learn that Pat had died relatively suddenly. I was very pleased to get a call from Ken Larkin alerting me of Pat's death and I was able to attend his funeral Mass in Celbridge.


From time to time, over the past years, I have met Pat and was always happy to renew our friendship. I recall dipping into some of the writings of John O'Donohue, author of many books like Anam Chara; Benedictus; Eternal Echoes. John O'Donohue was a priest and a respected poet and philosopher and died suddenly in January 2008 at the young age of 52. I am happy to include in this message to Marie and the Sexton Family that John O'Donohue strongly believed that Scientists will discover and later will prove that when we die, we don't go far away. This is a comfort to me and I hope it is also for others.

Our deepest condolences to Marie and family on the passing of Pat. Such a lovely man. Prayers and thoughts are with you all at this sad time.

I was very saddened to hear of the passing of Pat. He was a lovely man and occasionally chatted to me about the credit union.
