Sincere condolences to all of Paddy's family on the recent death of Paddy R.I.P. Fond memories recalled by my late mother Mary Ryan (nee Houlihan) of Ballysimon of Paddy and the entire Whelan/Foley/Noonan families when she visited ' The New Street''on a monthly basis. I also had the pleasure of being with her on a few occasions. She held them all in great esteem. I hope Paddy you get a high place in Heaven. 🌷

Deepest condolences to Adrian, Edel & all the extended family on the sad passing of Pat. Uncle Paddy (as my mother would always call him) was my granny Ita's brother & I remember meeting him many times throughout the years when he would visit Limerick. He was always so friendly & well thought of by everyone that knew him. He will be sadly missed by his family. May he rest in peace.

Deepest sympathy to the Whelan and needham families on Pat's death. may he rest in peace.
There are very special people we meet in our lives, and as such they never leave us, even after they have gone, as long as we hold on to those memories then they are never truly far away and will live on in our hearts forever.
It is fact and my best friend Adrian will not deny, but Pat was my surrogate dad, I haven’t had a dad for over 40 years and pat became the closest person I would ever have, he was a guy that always knew the right thing to say, and it was never “I told you so”, but I hope he was in some way proud of me as well, because yes it’s been very nearly a year since I gave up smoking, something he always went at me with, so dad I did it I gave up smoking. As to all the family my heart goes out to you all, Pat will be sorely missed.
Pat, you will always be in my heart, love you lots.

I will always remember Pat as a "Maith an fear" (Good Man) and I will always look back with pleasure on our contact and the nice conversations we had, when we met during so many trips worldwide.

I'm so sorry to hear the news about Pat. I got to know him well in the last 15 years and met up many times in various places around the World. He was a lovely man. A true gent and super company. A sad loss. I will miss him. Condolences to all the family . RIP Pat, God Bless.
