I was very sad to hear that Pat Cooke has passed away. I too have the fondest memories of our great next- door neighbour Pat who was such a warm and welcoming person. It was always great calling into the cookes as a child in the 70s. She was a good friend of my beloved mum Maureen. Our deepest condolences from

I used to love going in to the Cooke’s house when were kids. Mrs Cooke was a lovely lady. I still remember fondly how she found us doing prank (Phone) calls to random people in the early 70s, pretending to be plumbers or electricians (I think it was Mick or Denis Coakley) and she overheard us and giggled, b4 finally telling us all off. Very best wishes to everyone on behalf of the Marron’s.
