Condolences to all my cousins on the passing of Auntie Pat. I have wonderful memories of visiting Ireland over the years and the adventures we all had growing up together. She is now re-united with Uncle George and Brian and the rest of our family up in heaven. I have no doubt that they are all having a great party together like they used.

You were not just a great mother in law but you were my good friend and like a 2nd mother to me. You were always there for me and Sean in our hardest, darkest days and in our best of days,your were always on our side supporting us. No matter what situation, you always had the best advice and I loved our chats and laughs together. I always felt so blessed and privileged to be in your company. You were an amazing Nana to our children, they both adored you and we will make sure they will never forget you. Your fight for life, your love and strength will always be my inspiration.
