Patricia used to look after us all so well when we were students at Trinity. She was so kind to us (not just because we were Anna Martin's friends!) and made us feel like we were part of the family. RIP Patricia, than kyou for being such an important part of our college lives!

I have such fond memories of Patricia from The Alpha, where I spent many weekday afternoons with her niece Anna while we were in college. Patricia was always so welcoming and so tolerant of our student nonsense! Also, her fries were the best in Dublin. May she rest in peace. My condolences to her family.

I came across the death notice of Patricia by accident as I was going through rip.ie. I used to go into her restaurant in Wicklow Street for a few years in the 1990's. I knew her first name was Patricia and had an Italian surname, I saw her picture on here but wasn't 100% sure it was her. Then I read another post here mentioning going up those steps so I knew it was her.
She was a lovely, kind person. I was just a regular customer but she allowed me to leave my bicycle occasionally on her premises. It was a very considerate action. I remember clearly the way she had to pull some ropes so that the food came down from a higher floor!

My deepest condolences to all the Di Stefano and Martin families on Patricia's passing. She was a lovely lady in every sense of the word who looked after my father and myself in the restaurant up those narrow stairs in Wicklow Street since the early 70's. It's hard to believe it is over forty years but I still remember her " specials" cooked just like my own mother. She is now at peace with her beloved Michele. May she rest in peace.
