Such sad news ,I knew Patrica from growing up in Cluain Barron and later when married to Pat . My heart goes out to all .

I worked with Patricia for a short period of time when I was subbing in the school. She was one of the kindest women I have ever met and it was a pleasure to get to know her. I am extremely saddened to hear of her passing. Rest in peace and my deepest sympathies to all the family.

It was an absolute privilege to know Patricia. I didn’t travel from Wexford to the funeral but looked at it on the link.
I found it heartbreaking.

I had the privilege of knowing Patricia for more than 38 years, from the time she transported me back and forth to Drogheda in her silver Alfa Romeo until the present day. Patricia was always the person we would all aspire to be..authentic, decent, kind, honest, resilient, capable of achieving great things yet always humble and never vain. She was like a bright, loving light that people were drawn to no matter where she went, she was generous with her time and her heart, always providing a compassionate ear and gentle, kind reassurance so that people came away from her feeling uplifted and respected.
Love for her family was at the core of everything for Patricia and she was so justly proud of the wonderful, capable adults her children have grown up to be. I hope in time they will be able to get some comfort from knowing that Patricia's love and beautiful spirit lives on in them and they also have her resilience.
Rest in heavenly peace Patricia, you will never be forgotten.

I met Patricia only briefly when David was a baby, but the warmth, presence. and genuine friendliness she radiated left a lasting impression on me. Over the years I often asked after her through a mutual relative, and it was always a joy to cross paths with her.
The last time I saw her - less than 3 months ago - she was exactly as I remembered warm, gracious, smiling and truly unforgettable. She will be sadly missed by so many. She is now reunited with her beloved Patrick and her parents. Rest in Peace Patricia.
