So sad and sorry to hear the news that Pat has passed away.
I have so many fond memories of weekly visits to Iveagh Gardens with my Mam Patty, who was her very good friend, of Pat often popping in to our house too for a cup of tea or a hairdo, lovely memories of the many great days out and holidays I enjoyed over the years with herself, Ciarán and my mother.
Pat was always on the go, redesigning her house, traveling all over the world, energetic and ambitious - a force to be reckoned with and always a lot of fun!! I just learned of Colette's passing yesterday and can scarcely believe they are both gone. I can't imagine the heartache you are all going through. My sincerest heartfelt condolences to all the Maguire/Hegarty family. I will keep you all in my prayers. May Pat and Colette rest in everlasting peace xx
