We had the privilege of getting to know Trish about 13 years ago on holidays in Corfu. We were delighted to meet up with her and Paddy again in Dublin and to stay in touch all these years. Trish was such a straight-talking no-nonsense character who absolutely adored her family and spoke so proudly of each of them - we loved listening to her and spending time with her.
