In Loving Memory of Trisha

It is with heavy hearts that we say goodbye to a truly remarkable soul, Trisha. Her presence graced our lives with warmth, love, and kindness. Trisha was a beacon of gentleness and a paragon of love, leaving an enduring impact on everyone fortunate enough to know her.

Her nurturing spirit and caring nature touched the hearts of those around her, creating a tapestry of beautiful memories that will forever linger in our minds.

May her memory be a source of comfort and inspiration during these difficult times. In sympathy and gratitude for having known such a wonderful soul.

Patricia is such a warm, gentle soul. A lovely lady who always have a smile on her face. May your soul rest in peace as you reunite with your dear husband in heaven. Sending my prayers and sincere condolences to your sons Mike, Paul and Kenneth.

Patricia and her family, and I, Anne, and the Wright family, were neighbours from the early 70s, without knowing each other. 

The Palmers lived in Zimbabwe, and soon after our daughter Petra was born in Bandon, we, the Wrights, left for Africa from my parents home in Kinsale, to find work in Zambia which adjoins Zimbabwe.

The Palmers and Wrights later moved south to Sandton, Johannesburg, the Palmers to Morningside and we to neighbouring Morningside Manor. 

The families were as yet unbeknown to each other when finally the eldest Palmer offspring met the elder of the Wrights in the sky over Africa.

Over time Grandparents Palmer and Wright moved further south to Cape Town.

The last neighbouring abode was Kinsale and we followed Mike and Trisha, four decades after Martin and I left the home of my parents.

My dear Trisha, our lives have been intertwined for over half a century and I am remembering the joining of our two families and all the times we had together in Africa and Ireland.

May you be at peace in the heavenly celestial sphere with your dear husband Mike Palmer and now reunited with Martin Wright, my life partner.

May your beloved sons and their families, your relatives and friends, take comfort and be at peace.

My Deepest Sympathy to Kenneth, Michael and Paul and extended families on the death of your wonderful mother Patricia.

We got to know Patricia in Kinsale Community Hospital recently. She was a lovely lady very interesting to talk to and very appreciative.

May she rest in peace and enjoy her eternal reward.
