An amazingly glamorous lady. Such a superb cook. I still make her Brandy Boudoir Biscuit cake. My dad Jim and Mum Josie had a great friendship with Pat and Ted.
I am sure they will now be having a great old time reuniting with Niall and June (Hanly).

We were the luckiest couple ever to have had Patt,Ted and their gorgeous family as our neighbours nearly 50 years ago. Always so kind, helpful and generous in every way -nothing was ever a problem! Patt was a brilliant cook, still turning out the most delicious 5* dishes to the end. She will be sadly missed by all who were fortunate enough to have known her.May she rest in peace.
