For our girls, she always gave them such a welcome that they always called Ciaran's place "Pat's Shop". We happily spent a fortune in there thanks to the warmth that Pat welcomed us - and every one else she met.

Tony I am absolutely devastated to hear about Pat. I met her when I was eight years old when she took me on in the cake shop to earn a bit of pocket money. She was the nicest most kind person I have ever met in my life. She had a very strong faith and was so good living. I will never forget her. She made a huge impact on my life.
