I was so sorry to hear of Pat's untimely passing. I worked with her many years ago in the MHB and later in the PWS.

I just want to express my sympathies to Pat's family. I met Pat a number of times at various meetings in The Probation Service. In the late 90s she came to Dublin to join me in interviewing 4 or 5 applicants for a part-time position in Move Ireland. That was very generous of her and I appreciated her for the lovely person that she was.
