Pat deffinatly had a sweet tooth when I came to visit she would always have sweets in the press much to my delight because I would help her eat them.

She, like myself, returned to flying after marriage as part of a group known as “The Temporary Marrieds” - and then stayed on until retirement. She was never in bad humour, loved the job and her colleagues. May she rest in peace.

On behalf of my late father's family (John Cusack of Raghugh) I wish to express my condolences to Pat's children, our cousins, Gerard, Suzanne and Emma and her adored granddaughters and other family members. It was lovely to meet all my cousins at Pat's funeral today albeit very sad.
Pat was always very kind and supportive of the Cusack clan and graced every family occasion with her good humor and elegance.

My sincere condolences to Pats family and friends. I had the pleasure of working with Pat on many trips to the States during our time based in Shannon. A legend of a woman who will always be remembered fondly by her Aer Lingus family. Rest in peace Pat.

Her exploits within Aer Lingus were held in almost mythical status amongst us newbies in EI. She tour guided me around Chicago on my very first TA and occasion to be in the States. Always enjoyed her dry wit, hearing of her passing brought up so many warm memories of that era.
