Just heard the very sad news of Patricia's passing. As an impatient of St Edmunsbury since the early 2000's, I always valued Patricia as I got to know her over a lot of time spent in Sd Ed's down through the years. I liked her both as a person and as a nurse. She was up there with the best of nurses.

Little did I know then that our paths would cross again over 20 years later as neighbours in Stonepark Abbey. When we met on our respective walks Pat would glow when she spoke about you both and her adored grandchildren. May she rest in peace.

Dear Emma and Alan,
I’m so sorry to hear of the death of your lovely mum Pat.
I have been a neighbour of Pat in Stonepark Abbey since we all moved In here.
Pat was such a gorgeous gentle person and she fought the battle for so long. She was always such a lady and never seemed to complain when we’d both stop to chat while we’d be walking our dogs.
