I am so saddened to hear of Pats passing - she was a real lady, a lovely person who I enjoyed getting to know over the years. She always spoke fondly of her children & grandchildren- I’m sure she will be greatly missed by them all. Sincere condolences to all her family and friends. May she rest in peace.

I am deeply saddened to miss a wonderful person and friend. When I was planning to find a house in Carlow to rent in 2016, the first house I viewed was the house next to Pat. When I pulled over my car to view the house, I saw a lady standing there. I approached her introduced myself and asked her 'Is this place safe?'. The lady was Pat. She was the first person I met in Carlow who soon became my neighbor, friend, well-wisher, and person who truly cared for me. I remember the weekends we spent together drinking a few glasses of wine discussing about the world problems and global issues. Our own discussions seemed to have resolved the issues. We had an exciting discussions about life, faith and many more. Thank you Pat for those wonderful memories. Thank you for taking care of me and the calls and messages we shared when I moved over to Galway. I truly miss you.
