My condolences to Frank, Ann, Neil and Lisa on the passing of Patsy. I was sad to hear the news. Mrs Higgins was always a lively and welcoming neighbour in Cypress Grove North, Templeogue. I recall as kids many great birthday parties in the Higgins house with my friend David and many neighbours. The games were legendary, and sometime scary! Thanks also for the boat trip on the canal. Patsy will be re-united with David now. May they both Rest in Peace.
