So saddened when I heard of Paddy's death. I was immediately taken back to C.B.S. hurling training in 1979 under Paddy and Paddy Duggan's leadership. Under their tough guidance we won a Corn Phadraig which was huge for our school back then. Many years later we spoke and met most Saturdays mornings at the Caint 's Cómhrá in Glór . It was always a pleasure to meet and I will miss you Paddy. Deepest sympathy to you all at this difficult time. You are in my thoughts and prayers . Ní bheidh a leithéid arís ann.

My sincere sympathy to Kathleen,Fergus, Paddy's four daughters and all his family and friends.Paddy was a true gentleman with a great sense of humour.We spent about 30years together on the June Course in Coláiste Laichtín Inis Oírr.Paddy was an excellent teacher in every sense of the word and very interested in Sport.He wii be missed by a lot of people.
