My sympathy to Belinda and all the family on the loss of Pat. He was a charming, quick-witted, and generous man. Belinda has been a great friend and both her parents added a lovely dimension to my teenage years. I have very fond memories of time spent together.

My condolences to Pat's family on his passing, it must be 30 years ago that i enjoyed conversations with him about his Tales From A City Farmyard, an enjoyable read.
Sending heart felt condolences to Belinda and family. I remember, with fondness, sleepovers when we were in high school. It is now that we realize what is lost when both parents are gone and suddenly we are the oldest adult in the family. A daunting and aging thought. A reality check, a time for reflection and memories, especially the good ones.
RIP Patrick Boland.
