Catherine, deeply saddened to learn of the passing of your dear brother Patrick. Heartfelt condolences from the extended Clerkin family - Patrick will always be remembered by us all. May he rest in peace. Thinking of you at this time: you're in our thoughts and prayers.
A few years ago, in Cambridge, I met Patrick, our friend Athena introduced us. My first thought was “this is a good man” with that ready smile.

Honestly, it wouldn’t take too much time before anyone could see and appreciate his kindness, generosity, wicked humour and his razor sharp mind. With Patrick bright conversation and interesting debates were always assured.

These are really devastating times and the unfortunate grief is the price we have to pay for love. My heartfelt condolences to the Clerkin family and friends.

Patrick, until we meet again!
Rest in peace my friend

Deeply shocked and saddened to learn of Patrick’s untimely death. Interviewed with Patrick for a job with Qualcomm and over the following few years we become good friends. Pre-covid whenever he returned to Dublin we would meet up and I always enjoyed his company as he was an intelligent witty individual with a great sense of humour. To his sister Catherine and the extended Clerkin family, I offer my heartfelt condolences. Rest In Peace Patrick.
I knew Patrick as a much respected colleague at Qualcomm in East Point. I remember his brilliant intellect and his hilarious sense of humour. The world is an emptier place without him. My heartfelt condolences to his grieving family and friends. RIP Patrick

I knew Patrick from our time in Xiam/Qualcomm. He was such a unique individual I know that sounds trite. But Patrick always brought his individuality and keen insight to everything he did. He introduced our office to Wagner and techno and sometimes both together!

Even though I have not seen him in many years. It is a great loss to the world that he has left us. The world needs more Patricks. .

James.
