Sincere condolences Winnie and family, on the loss of Pat (Patrick), a wonderful man. I met Pat through my brothers as they were all in the FCA together and it was a pleasure to be around him when he would tell stories of their escapades together, when they were on camp.
He was a gentlemen and also very entertaining and had a great sense of humour.

Thinking of Winne, Fiona, Siobhan, & Miriam at this incredibly hard time. Pat was a true gentleman who was 1st my Captain in the F.C.A. and then later on became my boss and ultimately I saw him as a mentor. His character was firm, kind and always fair.... I will always be grateful for the kindness Pat showed me. People always wonder if they make an impact...he definitely did. Rest in peace Pat x

Deepest condolences to the family.Uncle Patrick was a legend in myself, Cian and Aislinn eyes. We LOVED going to his house to see himself and Winnie and the girls and of course Chucky the dog and we used to have so much fun in the back garden. Patrick was so cool..the only person to ever take us to pick up bullet shells from the old firing range and tell us amazing stories. We actually never wanted to go back to dunboyne when mam would say “time to go” and Patrick would say “sure come back soon and I will tell and show you’s more” …and we did many many times and each time was as good as the last. Personally he will be sadly missed by me because I don’t get to come home often but when I do I always asked mam (his sister) about how was Patrick and the family getting on.
RIP Patrick you will be greatly missed.
