My deepest sympathies to you Anne & all your family. Frank was one of a kind. I had great fun working with him in SHS in the 90's and the banter we had on a daily basis was second to none.Later when I moved jobs I would often see him from my window as he parked in Lwr. Glentworth Street & I would ring him and ask him was he legally parked ! He never faied to be amused by my call. He will be sorely missed. May he rest in peace.
