Patrick John (P.J.) O'Halloran

My sincere condolences to Pauline and all the family, in particular Kieran & Danielle, Sean, Deidre & Fiona. While I respectfully stood out at P.J.'s funeral, I just wanted to add to the many tributes here to your Dad. I was lucky that P.J. taught me Woodwork & Technical Drawing at KCC. He was a very enthusiastic Teacher and possessed a very effective gift of being able to push you to focus your attention better and attain higher standards. P.J. was an inspirational mentor at badminton in the Parish Hall and always very encouraging. I had the pleasure of his company for a few drinks over the years and a few too many on Kieran's stag perhaps. Your Father was a true gentleman, may he rest in peace.
