I was deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Patsy - an end of an era for Halltown. Our deepest sympathies to Richard & Noel & all the extended Murphy family at this sad and difficult time. So many memories that will never be forgotten. We have to say goodbye to a true gentleman & certainly the Halltown community are moarning one of the lasting memories of our road! He will never be forgotten & will always be remembered as we pass the gates. May he rest in peace.

My girls enjoyed their visits with Nana to visit Pat down through the years & often brought their little dog Belle to sit on Pat’s lap. They remember their visits to his house fondly. So sorry to hear of Patricks passing, i worked for a few years, weekends and summers with him and enjoyed watching a natural stockman handle his animals with care and attention, remembering a great week in 1991 when Martin Dennehy (RIP) and I brought in alot of hay with Patrick, deepest sympathies to Richard & Noel and all the Murphys and sorry to miss the funeral this week
