Deeply saddened to hear of the passing of beautiful Pat. I shared so many laughs with Pat behind the Deli counter in Centra and when I say he brought joy, love and laughter to all of us on those long shifts serving breakfast rolls and dinners is an understatement. Fond memories of belting out Whitney or Diana Ross in the back kitchen will always stay in my mind. He was a great friend, humble, kind and truly caring. Sending so much love and prayers to Sandra, his children and all the family during this time.

Thinking of Sandra, Cillian, Megan, Fossie, Declan,Sabrina,Ian,Emma, Aimee, Mary & Eoin and all the extended family on the passing of Pat, I have fond memories of Pat giving me a lift from work home in the evenings many years ago and many a night out. The send off Pat received over the past 3 days is a testament to his amazing character and massive smile. Pat touched the hearts of young and old.
