Pat rip , I'll miss u slagging me bout Tipperary and boasting bout the rebels . As you used to say to me , Tipperary is our enemy and also our friend . You were a great hurling and family man , I can't promise I'll look after the rebels , as Tipperary is my passion . But ur daughter gill and granddaughter Amelia is my number 1 . I'll miss u and when I hear the banks of my own lovely Lee , I'll fight back a teary eye . Thanks pat for being a great grandad and father in law . Miss u x

We have very fond memories of you coming in to the nursing home every afternoon with the packet of biscuits and getting the two glasses of milk for your dad and his pal.
