May I express my deep sympathy and condolences to Patrick's family and relatives on his sad and untimely passing. When I started to work in AG House in Dec 2000 as a new entrant to the Civil service, I got to know Patrick when working as part of my day on the front desk. I found him to be very knowledgeable and courteous, while, at the same time, having
a sharp wit and a good humour which brightened up our day. May he rest
in peace.

Pat was a helper in our club for many decades, his kidness to the members knew no bounds, he supported many weekends aways for our members 4 times a year at one stage, and was a fantastic friend to all of us. We even brought the group 43 in total to lourdes in 2000 and Pat supported lots of fundraising events to ensure we could all go. What great memories we have of a gentleman and a wonderful contributor to our club

Sincere sympathy to Patricks mother , brother sister and all family and friends. I only met Patrick earlier this year but he was such a nice man to chat to . A man who loved his family and had really enjoyed his job. Patrick was one of the gentilest people. He was kind and considerate to everybody. I am so sad to hear this news. From my first day in Ag, as a brand new civil servant, Paddy was nothing but a good friend showing me so much kindness and friendship.
