Pat was another of life’s true gentlemen who has been taken too soon. I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Pat many times over the years in the Brighton area of Boston. I really looked forward to our meetings and catching up with Pat was always the highlight of each trip.
May Pat’s gentle soul now rest in peace 🙏

Pat was a true gentleman and a good friend. One of my last memories of Pat was him helping me wheel my bike home after a long night at the Castle.He was headstrong but he was always kind. Brighton had a nice night out last night in his memory

Sincere condolences to Pat's family at this sad time. I have many great memories of meeting Pat in Boston back in the 90s, be it on a night out or early on Sunday mornings in The Kells to watch a match from home. They were different times, they were great times and Pat was always great company.

I'm so sorry to hear from my brother Paul of Pats passing. I had the privilege of meeting Pat in Boston in the summer of 1990. Great times spent knocking around Lowell Boston. Fishing for Carp in the local river, a memorable road trip to Toronto, and watching the Irish team play in Italia 90 to mention a few . A nicer person you could not meet. Sleep well, Pat. You're back home now. You loved the Four Roads of Glenamaddy.

We went to school together in Colaiste Seosaimh Glenamaddy .Pat was not only the smartist in the class of 85 but the wittiest. Ill never forget the time we spent in Boston where Paddy painted with myself and Kev. We had the best summer of 1990 .Patrick worked hard and played hard He was affectionately known as The swoop .He loved the Gaa and followed Galway with great passion.
