I was a childhood neighbour of Pat and his lovely family, we attended the same school and played hurling and skittles etc together until our teenage years before we separated to go our various ways. I did meet Pat from time to time on his numerous visits to his childhood home at Bunoke Bridge which gave him so much pleasure.
Pat was a most gentle and loving man and his presence will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
