Dear Brian and Maura, my heartfelt condolences on the passing of your dear Dad, Paddy. I have such fond memories of him over the years. He was a dear and cherished friend of my parents from their days in Athenry to becoming neighbours in Stillorgan.
Unfortunately, I was away and was unable to attend his funeral.

Sincere condolences to Maura, Brian, Barry, Lynn, Stuart and children on Patrick's passing. A legendary figure, Uncle Pat was a warm, kind man who with his late wife Rosaline always had a warm wecome when we called on our occasional visits to Coolnevaun. Pat always loved to hear the latest from Athenry and even after nearly seventy years living in Dublin never lost his Galway accent. He had a great sense of humour, loved a joke and many's the fun-filled hour we passed in his house. Pat will be sorely missed and will.always be remembered for a long life well lived.
