Paddy was my uncle. When I was young I looked up to him and always wanted his attention. He made me laugh so much and I can never forget his humour. I've never known anyone like Paddy. Coming home every summer and spending time with him and Bernie meant so much. I looked forward to it as much as Christmas. He always had time for me and took an interest in simple things like playing video games and my star wars figures. One of my greatest treasures was his UN beret which he gave to me after returning from Lebanon. I was so proud of him. I loved Paddy and I'm so sorry that he is gone. RIP
