A true gentleman and a great friend over many years whom I knew from my earliest days in Leinster House. Paddy was held in very high regard by all Members and staff in the Oireachtas. No matter what hour, early in the morning or late at night at work, one met Paddy he always had a warm welcome, a humorous comment and on a bad day an encouraging word. He will be fondly remembered by all of us who were in the Oireachtas at that time.

I have tears in my eyes writing this message of sympathy on dear Paddy’s passing. My sincere sympathy to Phyllis, Paddy & Imelda, and all the Bradly family and extended families. Paddy was like a Father to me when I went to work in Leinster House. We had so many chats about Ballyjamesduff. After weekends Paddy greeted me with a big smile and welcome back as he used say his Ballyduff girl. He was one in a million and privileged to have known him. Rest in eternal Peace dear Paddy.
