My sincere condolences to the Cole family on the passing of Paddy. I had the pleasure of working with Paddy in Security at the Central Bank, Sandyford. Paddy was a diligent worker; as a supervisor, he was scrupulously fair and above all, he was a true gentleman.
May Paddy's soul rest in peace.

So sad about the passing of Paddy. Paddy was a big part of mine and my families lives since as long as I can remember. At all special occasions Sheila and Paddy were always there. You were a good man and will be dearly missed. Rest in peace watching over your beautiful family.

Sorry to hear of death of paddy. I had many a long working time in sandyford central bank and really enjoyed all the time with him. He was always a gentleman, my wife met him on numerous party's and liked him also. Very sorry to hear of him leaving two soon

The best grandad anyone could ask for. He was so loved by everyone around him and had so much love to give. Such a happy, kind man who always took care of his family.
I’m so sad to not be able to attend the funeral but I will be watching from Australia with a heavy heart and thinking of him and everyone there. Grandad Paddy will be missed dearly but will live in our hearts forever. I love you so much Grandad and am so proud of you for being so strong for so long x

Paddy was a neighbour but was much more than that as we grew up in Greenhills. Our family considered him an uncle and his house was the best to knock on at Halloween as he made fresh popcorn (exotic in the 80s).
