60+ years as neighbours on Ardlea Road. I very recently enjoyed some good chats with Paddy - a great man for the news - and I regularly marvelled at how independent he was as he would regale me with stories of cooking, ironing and keeping his A1 routine. Gosh he was mighty. I will miss seeing him coming and going and his ever friendly wave. I hope he is now united with his beloved Rita and Eoin. May he rest in peace 🙏
