Pat was a man of great integrity, high moral values and a true friend of all he knew and loved. I have wonderful memories of a twelve month period in the 80s when he was my tutor in Legal Metrology during which time he shared all his knowledge, wisdom and kindness with me. May he rest in Heavenly peace and may his memory be a blessing.
