We're very sorry to hear of Pat's passing. We enjoyed Pat's wonderful company around Galway over the past four decades. It was always such a pleasure to meet, and have a chat with Pat. Hurling and Irish traditional music were two of Pat's great passions; the latter we shared. Our condolences to all of Pat's family.

While working in pubs in Galway in the 1990's, it was always such a pleasure to deal with Pat when ever he dropped in. Always pleasant, happy and great craic, and never ever rude or unpleasant. He loved his music and his Tipp hurling. One of life's great characters, may he now rest in peace. xx
