Paddy, we were so blessed to have you in our lives. I will cherish the times I spent with you & Una and remember them always. I will miss our chats, your sense of adventure, your determination & most of all your fantastic sense of humour. You had a mischievous glint in your eye right until the very end.
Rest peacefully now Paddy after a full life, well lived. While illness created many challenges for you in recent years you faced it all with your characteristic charm & stoicism, with Una by your side.
As Amanda so eloquently said in her beautiful eulogy today, you saw the World but you also always, saw us. I know this is absolutely true in the most personal of ways. In spite of my physical challenges whenever I spent time with you and Una, I always felt completely seen. You will forever be remembered with love and laughter in my house & we'll look out for Una in your absence. Thank you Paddy, you were one in a million.
