Patrick (Paddy) MOORE

I'm very sad to hear of the passing of Paddy. He was such a gentleman and I talked to him often in the past when he drove the bus down to my home town. He was such a personable and accommodating person. He'd always help me to get the baby buggy in and out of the bus, he used to also assist a blind lady on and off the bus too. He was a very proud family man and I always remembered him years onwards. Ar dheis Dé a raimh a ainm dilis.

Aunty May our deepest condolences on the passing of uncle paddy , he was a wonderful husband , uncle and friend to many . He will always be with us in our memories and remembering his kindness and story telling will always bring a smile to our face . Rest in peace uncle paddy x

I was saddened to learn of Paddy's passing. I remember him as a gentleman and a great ambassador for our Company. Paddy was a very popular driver on the Carlow to Kilkenny route and was the reason for the success of the route in its initial years. He is fondly remembered by all of us at JJ Kavanagh & Sons.

Uncle Paddy I could write a book on the memories we have together, the trips on the bus to Kilkenny and going to Pennefeather’s. You were always there to pick me up off the ground when I fell off my bike in the back garden and when I fell on my communion day you were the only person I wanted to help me. You always put up with the crazy hairstyles I use to give you tied with elastic bands and would allow me to play blanket on the ground on repeat for hours to make me happy. Most weeks we would sit and watch Hans Christian Andersen and have your famous egg in a cup. Auntie May my deepest prayers and sympathies are with you at this time, please please know that you did everything in your power to give him the best care he could have possibly had. Uncle Paddy we will do our very best to look after Auntie May the way you would want us to. May your gentle soul rest in peace, until we meet again, Rebecca xx

I was so saddened to hear that Paddy had passed away. I have great memories of him & some of his stories he would tell me. He will be deeply missed by all of us as he always had a very warm welcome to me when ever we would meet up.
