I enjoyed meeting Paddy in Magic Carpet and the many stories he regaled about the exploits of his beloved Foxrock Geraldines. He was held in high esteem by all of us who were lucky enough to know him. He was much regarded by his friends in Dooks Golf Club which he visited over many years with the Magic Carpet Golf Society under the stewardship of his boss P.J. Hynes.
