Sincere sympathy to Wally,Breda and all of Paddy's extended family very sad to hear of his passing, the seshions are over for us in Paddy's company but the almighty above will be ready to reunite paddy with many of his friends gone before him ,I had the pleasure of working with him for a good many years a true gentleman never afraid to put faith in any young fellow that was willing to learn his generosity knew no bounds and he would never forget you when he would meet up in a crowd, the life and soul of many a good sing-song across the country,one thing he told me was in a business partnership it is important to sign a agreement that all profits be divided 50/50 and most importantly that all the losses be divided 50/50 as well,good advice at no cost, it is well-known that Paddy enjoyed his pint,well one Saturday while driving through Tipperary Town someone flagged us down and we had to have a drink with him,so because I wasn't drinking at that time Paddy decided he wouldn't and he would have lucosade like me true enough we had three pints each of lucosade we hit for Ballylooby and after about 6 wee stops on the journey home Paddy swore to me that he would stick to the pints of beer it was easier to manage.Paddy rest in peace you made many a friend on this earth ,that your kindness friendship will never be forgotten.

Deeply saddened to hear of Paddy’s passing. An absolute gent who always had a smile. We have so many good memories of him with my Dad in Little Andy’s which nearly always ended in a sing song. Very sad to hear of Paddy's passing .

I have unique childhood memories shared with Walter and Breda and my own sister Ann in Ballylooby . Many good times where Paddy would tell stories of the past , tell jokes and sing with that warm unique voice.

He could truly lighten up a darkened room and often orchestrated an ordinary uneventful gathering of people towards happiness and fun in a instant, a natural leader. I appreciated all the times he described my Grandfather Patrick Lonergan as I had never met him.

Paddy was a great friend to my family and a lovely man to have known.
My thoughts to his family and many friends whom loved him and will now miss him.
