Patrick (Paddy) O'Callaghan

I worked with Paddy from '79 to '84 in St Brendan's and remember him fondly (I recall meeting Declan when he worked there for a while). I remember Paddy's warmth, his kindness (he stocked my rucksack with food whenever I went camping) the laughs and his easy manner; good times.

So sorry to hear of the passing of our lovely neighbour Paddy. He was an absolute gent so thoughtful and kind to our family over the years. I will miss him popping his head over the back wall to give our dog Coco her daily treat but most of all I will miss our little chats, Paddy always had a story to tell.

Paddy was a true gentleman, he had a heart of gold and it truly showed, while caring for his late wife Delores. Im an old Carer of the late Delores. I use to see personally, how much she meant to him. We use to have our chats, he would tell me all about his solo travels to Salou that he truly enjoyed,which was well deserved. He always spoke so highly of his Son's & only Daughter Sandra. I have always thought of him over the years. I hope you get the best bed up in heaven Paddy, you were so admirable. R.I.P 🕊🌹
