I have known Paddy the last 16 years. He was a loving, kind, caring, extremely witty man. He was always up for the laugh. If you were in bad form he always had a funny story or yarn to tell. He was always right in anything he said or did and even if he was wrong he was still right. He had 5 loves in his life. His wife, his children, his grandkids, green/peppermint tea and toast.
On a personal level I am proud and honoured to have had Paddy as a grandad to my child. Kai absolutely adored and loved you to bits.
You will always be missed but never forgotten.
