Deeply saddened to hear of Paddy’s passing. To have known him was indeed a privilege. His profound knowledge of things new and old and his enthusiasm for life gave us an appreciation for the gift of today. They say, when an old person dies a library burns down, never more true than in Paddy’s passing. He epitomised Goldsmith’s words “and still the wonder grew how one small head could carry all he knew.” May his gentle soul rest peacefully among family and friends gone before him.

Paddy was one of our own in daycare He came with Mary and he enjoyed the various activity. He loved to reminisce about old times and could trace back through the years about farming and life in old days. He was a fountain of knowledge which is now lost for ever with his passing. Now Paddy its your turn to rest after all your years of hard work on your land which you loved. We will miss your quite ways and your lovely smile. Rest in peace after a life well lived Paddy 🌹.
