Sincere condolences to the Burton family on the untimely death of Pat. Only heard this sad news when having a meal with my family in the Model Farm last night. I met Pat in the 80s when working on building sites and Pat used to call with potential clients. Again afterwards in the Model Farm regularly. Always a gentleman and always made time to chat with all customers. He will be sadly missed, just as he was last night.

Still in shock over the news of Pats passing. Pat is my Mom’s cousin but we saw him so often he always felt like a closer relative.
I had the pleasure of working for Pat in the Model Farm when I was in college so got to see him a few times a week. Pat was the kind of boss you didn’t dread coming in to work, quite the opposite. Pat would come in and chat with us and the customers and they would always leave happier then when they came in after speaking with Pat. Your laugh and smile would light up any room and will be sadly missed.
