I'm absolutely heartbroken Pat is gone. He was a good friend and the best neighbour I ever had. He'd bend over backwards to help anyone. I'll really miss him a lot. Pat you were a true gentleman and a best friend and I will miss you terribly. The time spent in your company I regard as precious, you were always there and without hesitation would go out of your way to help anyone.
