Maura, I wanted to share with you how deeply saddened we are following the passing of Pat, a wonderful husband, father, father in law, grandfather, and all round family man, with so much love to give and a smile for everyone.

We will miss him always and hold on to many wonderful memories we all shared, especially your dance together on the dance floor at our wedding only last April. He leaves behind a true legacy with the wonderful family you both created, and I for one am so grateful for Fergus who I got to meet thanks to you both, and Seren, our little star wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for you and Pat.

We’re looking forward to spending time with you and continuing to make the memories, we know Pat will always be with us wherever we are.

Sending you the biggest hugs and lots of love ❤️

Fergus, Laura, Saoirse, Lowri, Beau, Olive and Seren xxxxxxx

Words cannot express my deep sadness on hearing of the passing of Pat who I can only describe as an amazing and exceptional human being. He was friend to the Silke family for as many years as I can remember.
My deepest and sincerest condolences to Maura, Fergus, Shane and all the extension Feeney family
Pat was one of my late husband Alex (Lexie)'s best friends. Lexie sadly passed away in 2005.
Indeed the friendship of the Feeney and Silke families goes back three generations. Being Ballygar natives Lexie and Pat grew up together went to school together . Of course people move on to take up careers. But, when Pat and Maura and Lexie and I settled in Dublin 15 in the early seventies that strong friendship resumed. Our children became staunch friends. Henry and Shane were best buddies right through school. At one time Fergus was mentor to Siobhan when they were both students in the Gaeltacht. A role that helped her greatly
That Pat was an exceptional human being is a major understatement. It would take too long to list the amount of help Pat was to us over the years. A devoted husband Dad and Grandad He was an upstanding member of his community in every field including sport and education and selfless in those roles.. And, I always envied his deep and lasting faith, something that he shared with Lexie.
Pat , you will be very sadly missed.
May your gentle soul Rest in heavenly Peace

Eileen
